The platform was launched on 21 February 2024, coinciding with the Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The King. This selfless service to Bhutan and beyond — undertaken despite all odds by brave Bhutanese professionals and youth — stands as a truly 'Made in Bhutan' breakthrough initiative.

Educare Skill is our selfless offering, Buelwa, to contribute towards the education and skilling of Bhutanese and beyond, inspired by the farsighted and visionary leadership of our Beloved Monarchs and the efforts of the Royal Government of Bhutan.

We extend our deepest gratitude, appreciation, and respect to the brave hearts of iBEST who made this breakthrough in Bhutan possible in every sense of the word.

By the end of April 2026, after five years of tireless efforts and sacrifices, we will formally complete the development and publication of every concept and lesson one needs to learn and master our national language, Dzongkha, besides entertaining nursery rhymes, animation series and read-aloud stories.

Educare Skill is officially endorsed as the "National Online Dzongkha Learning Platform" by the Department of Culture and Dzongkha Development (DCDD) under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

All content is reviewed by Dzongkha experts from the DCDD and curriculum professionals from the Department of School Education (DSE) and is aligned with the national curriculum to ensure relevance, quality, and impact. Educare Skill enables learners to master our national language, Dzongkha, like never before through more than 1,200 engaging, entertaining, and curriculum-aligned episodes.

From catchy nursery rhymes and captivating animated series to immersive read-aloud stories and comprehensive, exam-oriented tutorials, the platform offers something for everyone. Whether you are a young child beginning your Dzongkha journey, a student (Classes PP-XII) struggling with learning Dzongkha and preparing for exams, a parent or teacher seeking quality learning resources, or a graduate sitting for the RCSC examinations, our carefully curated content supports you at every stage.
