What a very nice story...
(Copied and posted here for readers.)

An American man walked into a restaurant in London. As soon as he entered, he noticed an African man sitting in the corner.
So he walked over to the counter, removed his wallet and shouted, "Waiter! I am buying food for everyone in this restaurant, except that black African guy over there!"
So the waiter collected the money from the man and began serving free food to everyone in the restaurant, except the African.
However, insteadof becoming upset, the African simply looked up at the American and
shouted, "Thank you!" That infuriated the man. So once again, the American took out his wallet and shouted, "Waiter! This time I am buying bottles of wine and additional food for everyone in this bar, except for that African sitting in the corner over there!" So the waiter collected the money from the man and began serving free food and wine to
everyone in the bar except the African.
When the waiter finished serving the food and drinks, once again, instead of becoming angry, the African simply smiled at the American man and shouted, "Thank you!"
That made the American man furious. So he leaned over on the counter and said to the
waiter, "What is wrong with that African man? I have bought food and drinks for everyone in this bar except him, but instead of becoming angry, he just sits there and smiles at me and shouts 'Thank you.' Is he mad???"
The waiter smiled at the American and said, "No, he is not mad. He is the owner of this restaurant.

"Learning through failure"

According to APJ Abdul Kalam the word ‘FAIL’ stands for ‘First Attempt in Learning’, which is a very unique understanding than for normal people like us because we think failure as failure only. We don’t learn from it.
J.K Rowling spoke about the benefits of failure when she was speaking at Harvard at 42 (Harvard University commencement June 5, 2008. She revealed what feared most when she was of your age. That is she feared the failure.
She shared her own story of failure that is how she struggled in her life to reach at this stage of her life. After seven years of her graduation day she said she has failed on epic scale. She wanted to write novels from her schooling life but her parents thought that she wouldn’t stand on her feet with that profession. She was jobless and lone parent then. That period of her life was really a dark one.
She then began to direct all her energy into finishing the only work that matter to her. If she has succeeded in anything else before, she might have never found the determination to succeed in one arena that she belong. (To become writer). You know she have failed 12 times publishing Hairy Porter. She was set free then because her greatest fear has been realized and she overcomes it. She could come to a conclusion that failure is meant to stripping away inessential.
It was actually Jay Shetty who said in one of his content that failures are only failures if we don’t learn from them, because when we learn from them they become lessons.
Mark Zuckerberg also stated that the greatest successes come from having the freedom to fail.

"Mentor the life changer"

Well Jay Shetty is known by everyone. He is the life style vlogger, Motivational speaker, key note speaker by profession and also famously known as an Urban Monk. He likes to read, write and travel (hobbies).

He once said “You can’t be what you can’t see” that is after meeting a monk when he was 18 he started redefining success for himself. After graduating with 1st class in B.Sc degree in Behavioral Science from Cass business school he was inspired to make difference in the world.
At 22 he went to leave as a monk across India and Europe for three years. What was shocking thing about living as a monk was, in his very first day of joining monk he saw a group of five years old monks listening and learning from a ten years old monk. That’s really fascinating! Right? A ten year old monk was teaching and he was almost seen like an adult.

Jay went to one of the five years old monk after their first class and asked what did he learn and to his answer the monk replied that they were learning about how to breathe and it was because monks were taught that the only thing that stays with you from the moment you born to the moment you die is your breathe. Everything will change except our breathe.

He now wanted a life of service, impact and passions opposed to money, fame and power and mean while, to serve others became most attractive concept to him.
He is the creator of “Invisible World” a short film series on You Tube.
He has been called as “The voice of Youth”.

"Real Currency of Happiness"

One thing that we all have in common is the search for happiness.

Radanath swami was once interviewed by Jay Shetty in the Follow The Reader session.
Jay Shetty wanted to know about the content of the book written by Radanath Swami titled 'The Journey Within.' To his answer he replied" I once read a book and in that book according to himalayas and analogy of a deer, a deer has a particular gland which produces a hormone called Musk.
This musk is what the deer is made to be attractive. The deer wanted to have that so he is said to cross many rivers, climbed over mountains and walked through throny bushes without knowing that its within himself.

So if I link this with our life and happiness. Happiness in life is not when we have wealth, not when we have power and not when we have name and fame. It cannot be brought through acquisition of property. It is an inside job. Make your own Happiness.

It was actually Jay Shetty who said the real currency of of happiness is service and impact as he learned this firsthand after three years of living as a monk.
Remember happiness is not by chance but by choice(unkown)
