The three - days UPSHIFT workshop hosted at Nazhoen Pelri School (NPS) has officially wrapped up, and what an incredibly insightful journey it has been! ๐ŸŒŸ

Our NPS ๐˜-๐•๐ˆ๐€โ€™๐’ (๐š๐ ๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ - ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ ) underwent rigorous, high-impact training, diving deep into social innovation, design thinking, and community problem-solving. They didn't just learn the curriculumโ€”they were insightfully equipped with the tools, confidence, and leadership skills needed to champion positive change. ๐Ÿ’กโœจ๐Ÿ˜

Our hearts are completely full after watching our 3 and 4-year-old little sparks take the stage! From singing nursery rhymes and shaking tambourines to marching along to a steady beat, they showed us what pure joy looks like.

Beyond the colorful costumes and adorable dance moves, it was all about building confidence, fostering creativity, and celebrating how much these little ones have grown. Thank you to all the parents for cheering on our mini musicians! ๐Ÿ‘โค๏ธ

With a completely packed hall and all our parents settled, the atmosphere was truly magical. A massive congratulations to the amazing classes 2 and 3 little sparks of Nazhoen Pelri School (NPS)! Your confidence, grace, and incredible talent on stage left everyone in awe. You brought the story to life so beautifully through your play, making the original production an absolute winner. We could not be more proud of our brilliant young stars! ๐ŸŽญ๐ŸŒŸ

At its heart, the main objective of this original play was to give our children a powerful lesson in embracing their differences, varying skills, abilities, and qualities. It beautifully taught them that while differences can sometimes cause friction, coming together and putting those differences asideโ€”just like the tools in the play doโ€”allows us to work toward the greater good: building unity, friendship, and a stronger school community. ๐Ÿชต๐Ÿ”จ๐Ÿค

The true success of the play is already shining through in our classrooms and playgrounds! It is incredibly heartwarming to hear our students saying, "I never want to fight again! We are all friends, working together," and "When we work together, we help build our school that we love!" Our little sparks are still singing the lyrics to "When We Work As One" during their breaks and quoting their lines in class. They have built lifelong memories that will remind them of the play's enduring moral: despite our differences, we are stronger together! ๐ŸŽถโค๏ธโœจ

A heartfelt congratulations goes to our wonderful play Director and Producer, Mrs. Lorna Jane, whose creativity and talent brought this production to life through her original script and music.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the facilitators and the entire team whose tireless efforts, dedication, and seamless collaboration made this production such a remarkable success. The Nazhoen Pelri School under the initiative of Bhutan Youth Development Fund is looking for an experienced and reliable Driver to join our team.

Minimum Class VIII education with a valid driving certificate.
Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
