𝓟𝓱𝓸𝓫 𝓓𝓱𝓪 𝓣𝓸𝓻𝓪𝔂 is a beautiful Bhutanese tradition where we eat rice on a white cloth (Toray) and curries served in bowls (Phob). During the session, everyone sits in rows while servers respectfully serve rice and different curries.

This practice helps us learn and experience the ancient Bhutanese way of dining using our hands, while also teaching discipline, respect, and togetherness. Most importantly, it plays a vital role in preserving and promoting our rich traditional culture and values for the younger generation. 🇧🇹

The Interhouse Volleyball Competition began today with exciting and energetic matches among the houses.
The competition created a lively atmosphere as supporters cheered for their teams with excitement. We look forward to more thrilling matches in the coming days.

The Best Readers of the Interhouse Reading Competition held on 8th May were awarded certificates in recognition of their excellent reading skills and performance.

We had two Best Readers from the PP–III category and one Best Reader from the IV–VI category.

Today was filled with joy and celebration as we marked this special occasion with songs, dances, games, and many other lively events. The smiles, laughter, and enthusiasm shared by students and teachers made the day truly memorable.

On this meaningful day, we also respectfully commemorate the birth anniversary of His Majesty the Third Druk Gyalpo, Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, whose vision laid the foundation for modern education in Bhutan.

On this meaningful day, we express our deepest gratitude to all teachers for their tireless efforts, commitment, and love for education. May you continue to inspire, guide, and empower generations to come.

This morning, our Disaster Focal Person conducted an informative awareness session for both students and teachers.
The session focused on important aspects such as disaster precautions, mitigation strategies, evacuation procedures, and general safety measures for various types of disasters.

In addition to the theoretical guidance, he also demonstrated practical rescuing techniques, helping participants understand how to respond effectively during emergency situations. The session was highly engaging and provided valuable knowledge to ensure the safety and preparedness of our school community.
