Student Transfer Notification for Class I - XII students.

𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐈 - 𝐗𝐈𝐈 (𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐗 & 𝐗𝐈)

This is to notify all schools that the Student Transfer Portal: https://portal.education.gov.bt will be open from 3rd to 31st January 2026 to facilitate the processing of student transfer applications for the academic year 2026. All schools shall follow the procedures and timelines prescribed below:

1. For transfer, the students can apply to schools online [FULLY ONLINE ADMISSION]. For those who are unable to apply online, there is an option to submit all required documents directly to the school in person [PARTIALLY ONLINE ADMISSION].

2. For classes VII, IX, & XI, a separate notification will be issued after the result declaration.

3. Documents for students on transfer: Transfer order for parents/guardians on Transfer or Letter of concern for parents/guardians (from working agency if the parent(s) is/are working within the catchment area of the school or from Gewog Office if the parents belong to the Gewog concerned)

The school is glad to receive 15 copies of the book titled My Glimpse of America, written by Mr. Sonam Rinchen, which were donated to the school library through his brother, Mr. Kencho Dorji.

Sarpang MSS, Sarpang CS, and the Shomphangkha Gewog Office joined the nation in joyfully commemorating the 118ᵗʰ National Day of Bhutan by offering butter lamps and prayers.

The observance was held with deep reverence, praying for the long life and eternal reign of the Wangchuck Dynasty, and for continued peace, prosperity, and harmony in our beloved nation.

Notification Regarding PP Admission for Academic Year 2026.

Dear Parents and Students,

In regard to the announcement of a three days National Holiday from 13th to 15th November, the school is pleased to inform you that a new timetable for the Annual Examination is out to be implemented starting from 17th November.
