Learning goes beyond the classroom when children experience it in real life. 🌱
Our Grade II students explored the concept of money through place-based learning by visiting a local shop. They practiced identifying values, exchanging money and making simple purchases😊 gaining confidence through hands-on experience.
Meanwhile, our Grade IV students visited the hospital to deepen their understanding of Teeth and Oral Hygiene. Through this meaningful visit, they were able to:
• Identify different types of teeth and their functions
• Understand the importance of maintaining proper oral hygiene
• Observe correct tooth brushing techniques
• Develop a positive attitude towards oral health care
Our learners did benefit from such opportunities as they are able to connect their lessons with real-world experiences.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the Dewathang hospital (Dental Department) for their warm support, valuable time and guidance in making this visit both educational and memorable for our students. 🙏
