Today our little learners enjoyed a warm and nutritious lentil (dal) meal, helping them grow strong and healthy.

Today was all about healthy food, happy children, and learning good eating habits together.

"On this special beginning of our ECCD journey for the year 2026, we start the day in a traditional way with Lhabsang and Soelkha, offering our sincere prayers for the well-being of all children, parents, and facilitator. May this new year bring happiness, good health, wisdom, and joyful learning for our young learners.

The classroom extension of Mendrelgang ECCD Centre, Toebisa, Punakha, was successfully inaugurated and graciously blessed by the Lam with Lhabsang Thrisel. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Mrs. Xin Liu for her generous support in constructing the classroom extension. Her kindness and compassion have created a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning space that will greatly benefit our young children and the entire community for years to come.🤩🥰😍 12.11.25.

Today we visited the Lhakhang (Chimilhakhang) and did postage to help children learn about our rich culture, religion, and traditions, develop values like kindness, respect, and gratitude, strengthen family bonds, and we thank all the parents for always being there to support and guide their children in these meaningful experiences.

Learning about our country and traditions is important because it helps us understand our identity, develop love and respect for our nation, preserve our culture, promote unity and harmony, and learn moral values for better living.

The field trip with a dry picnic in the forest helped children connect with nature, learn through exploration, appreciate cultural traditions by packing food in a traditional way, develop social and physical skills, and build a sense of teamwork, responsibility, and gratitude.
