𝐁𝐏𝐂 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝟑𝟕 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞

BPC commenced onboarding programme today for 37 new professionals who joined the organization. This diverse cohort comprises Engineers, IT and Environment Officers, Assistant Finance Officers, Civil and Electrical Section Officers, Technicians, and Drivers, marking a dynamic addition to our workforce.

The event was graced by the CEO and the Management Team at the BPC Conference Hall in Thimphu. In his keynote address, the CEO shared the company’s strategic objectives and professional requirements while warmly congratulating the new hires. He encouraged the recruits to not only strive for professional excellence but also to prioritize their intellectual and ethical growth as they begin their journey with us.

Throughout the onboarding process, the new hires will be introduced to BPC’s workplace culture, values, and expectations. The programme offers vital opportunities to engage with leadership and gain the necessary insights for a smooth and successful transition into their respective roles.

We extend our heartfelt welcome to all our new colleagues and look forward to their growth and contributions as dedicated professionals at BPC.
