Year-End Reflection Meeting

KCS finally marked an ending of academic 2025 with meeting conducted by the Principal and Vice Principal. The meeting was consise and condensed, basically on reflection of the year.
It highlighted on the collection of students' feedback on particular teacher, that ultimately will help grow profoundly in the years to come.
Individual teacher received sandwiched feedback and insightful reflection from the principal.
The meeting ended with a delicious lunch, and finally with an envelope each consisting of written feedback for growth, development and betterment of the school next academic.

Farewell to Our Esteemed Colleagues

Our school bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Jampel Dorji and Ms. Pema Seldon on their transfer to other dzongkhags. We sincerely appreciate their dedicated service, professionalism, and valuable contributions to the school community, and wish them continued success and fulfillment in their new postings.

We also extended our best wishes to Mr. Tashi Wangchuk and Mrs. Yangchen Pema as they embark on their journey to pursue Master’s studies. We admire their commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth, and wish them great success and inspiration in their academic pursuits.

Royal Civil Service Award Medal

KCS family would like to congratulate our Principal Sir and Ata Rinchen Drakpa for completing 20 years of dedicated service, and Mr. Dhendrup Samdrup for 10 years of service. They have received the well-deserved Royal Civil Service Award Medals in recognition of their dedicated service to the nation.

KCS is pleased to inform you that the PP admission results for 2026 academic year is finalised. Out of 40 applicants, 27 children have been selected based on the available seats.
A few have been placed in standby. These standby children will be offered only if the selected candidates withdraw.

Heartfelt Offering of Two Statues to School

Our school proudly received two sacred statues through the generous support of our staff and well-wishers.

-The Chenrezig statue was kindly coordinated by Mrs. Dechen Tshomo, with contributions from the individuals listed in the image.

-The Mahakala statue was lovingly donated by Mr. Sonam Tobgay, a teacher of our school.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Lop Pema Tshering for his overall coordination in making this offering possible.

Er****on of School Lungdar Chenmo

"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success." – Helen Keller

KCS family successfully erected the Lungdar Chenmo, spearheaded by Lop Pema Tshering, student leaders, and staff, at the most serene and blissful site above Korela.

The primary rationale behind erecting the Lungdar was to seek blessings for the successful conduct of the annual examinations. More generally, it was done to accumulate good merits and to pray for the well-being of all sentient beings.

Awarding Certificates and Declaring the House Champions 2025

KCS is proud to award various certificates to our school and house captains, class and club captains, hostel captains and sanitary captains. KCS is proud for their dedication, service and exemplary performance.

The champion of the houses is also declared, and it was awarded to the SERNYA House.

History Museum: An Achievement of KCS

KCS showcased the History Museum on assembly ground bringing the past back to life. Every chart, every artifact, traditional items and events became the doorway of history breathing.
Appreciation to the staff and students who participated and made the museum breath through.
