Bhutanese should know and remember that, the greatest Bhutanese of all times is a woman, Khandro Tashi Kheuden, the incarnation of the enlightened dakini Damtsik Dolma. She was one of the main consort of Maha Guru Padma Sambahava and her realization was inseperable with the Maha Guru.

With the blessing of Guru Yab Yum, Bhutan is fortunate to have many other great women, our Queens, Gyalyum Phuntsho Choden, Yum Pema Dechen, Gyalyum Kezang Choden Wangchuck, the present Queen mothers and Her Majesty Ashi Jetsun Pema Wangchuck who has played the role in holding and propagating the Buddha Dharma.

Today on this special day we would like to wish our beloved Queen, Her Majesty Ashi Jetsun Pema Wangchuck, a very Happy Birthday and we pray for her long and healthy life and may all her wishes to benefit all beings be fulfilled. Sarva Mangalam
