A Parents–Teacher Meeting (PTM) is a planned interaction between parents/guardians and teachers to discuss a student’s academic progress, behavior, and overall development.

📌 Purpose of a Parents–Teacher Meeting

1. Discuss Academic Progress
• Share student’s performance in exams, assignments, and class activities
• Identify strengths and areas needing improvement

2. Monitor Behavior and Attitude
