Coinciding with the 66th anniversary of His Majesty The Fourth Druk Gyalpo, Dagapela Middle Secondary School inaugurated its research development centre and launched its first research seminar, themed “Action Research: An Approach to Effective Teaching and Learning” on November 11.

Dagapela Research Development Centre is pleased to share the hard work that has finally been published in the Journal of the International Society for Teacher Education (JISTE). Which is already in the field used by our teachers in an easy way, "Block Time Lesson Planning (BTLP)"
Thank you Mrs Hemlata Karki, the lead, Mr Sonam Jamtsho and MB Basnet, co-authors for bringing up this wonderful piece of work.
BTLP, in short, it manages teachers' workload by not writing lesson plans on daily basis.
