On 8th August 2026, Chokhor Cluster primary schools came together for the School Sports Carnival, and our little champions decided to make some noise!

After all the running, jumping, sweating, cheering, dancing and probably a few “Sir, are we done yet?” moments our children came home with something to smile about!

*Three 2nd Places
*1st Place in Aerobic Dance
*2nd Runners-Up Overall

And that aerobic dance… WOW!
Our little dancers didn't just lift their feet—they lifted our spirits too!

A huge congratulations to all our young athletes and performers!
Your teamwork, confidence, enthusiasm and sportsmanship made us incredibly proud.

And to our teachers and supporters—thank you for turning practice, preparation and a little bit of chaos into wonderful memories for our children.

A big shoutout to the Dzongkha Education Office for providing this wonderful opportunity, and to all the SSIs for your invaluable guidance, encouragement and support.

Kudos to Gangrithang Primary for hosting the event so wonderfully and organizing a delicious lunch! A special appreciation to the cooks from all the participating schools who joined hands in the kitchen and made the meal possible.

KPS family, along with our loved ones, enjoyed a memorable getaway to the breathtaking Ogyen Choling Museum and Heritage house in Tang. Surrounded by history, nature, and great company, we shared laughter, strengthened friendships, and created beautiful memories that we'll cherish for years to come.
Every smile reminded us that we're more than colleagues—we're one family.

Here's to strengthening bonds, creating memories, and cherishing every moment together!!!!!!!!

As we wrap up a wonderful first term, we are grateful to our students, teachers, parents and all the stake holders for their dedication and support.

Before the summer break, our students were reminded to:

• Stay safe by following disaster and monsoon safety measures.
• Protect their wellbeing by speaking up against bullying, cyberbullying, and any form of abuse.
• Continue learning through daily reading, revision, writing, and exploring new skills.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and practise responsible behaviour at home and in the community.
• Help their families, make wise choices, and enjoy a safe, healthy, and meaningful summer break.

We wish all our students and staff a joyful, productive, and safe vacation.
See you all refreshed and ready for an exciting second term!
