The design of a building project is a process. It starts with 'studies', initiated by the client and conducted by the designer. The studies should display the intent of the client as perceived by the designer.

This process if done properly from both sides - client and designer - will dictate a progressive design process for the client.

It should be noted that there are stages in the design process.

I do my work following the stages outlined below:

Schematic design - where studies are conducted to make sure I get the clients true intent within the parameters of constraints like codes and budget.

Design Development - This is when I concur with other necessary professionals to fine tune the design process from their input.

Construction Documents - this is when I complete all necessary drawings pertaining to the project for all permit and code regulations and approval. As well as compile all other drawings from other professionals involved in the design process.
