All 7th graders, New students and prefects of T A Thompson Junior High School should report to school on Friday, 31st August 2018 by 8:45 am. Students are to be in full school uniform. Please bring a book and pen. School will be dismissed at 12 noon. Parents are asked to make arrangements to collect their children on time.

On Monday 3rd, September 2018 all returning and new students grades 7-9 need to report to T A Thompson by 8:45 am. School will be dismissed at 3:00 pm.

Welcome back T. A. Thompson Teachers! The 2018-2019 School year has officially begun. It was indeed a pleasure seeing all of your bright and excited faces today.
Devotions was spirit filled- it was followed by remarks from our captain Mr Andrew Dean.
Then we mixed and mingled- ate stew fish/ chicken s***e, Johnny cake/ grits, laughed a lot as we talked about wese’f, learned about psycho geometrics, and then played musical tables with DJ Daddy Moss where we discussed and presented on topics like improving instruction, school discipline, classroom management, school rebranding and parental involvement. Wow! What a day! We ended our session with remarks from our innovative and forward thinking District Superintendent Mrs Dorothy Anderson. Here are some photos from today.

Dear parents, 7th & 8th grade students will be taking practical exams for the rest of this week. They will take core subject exams next week from the 11th - 13th. Please make sure that they are present.
Make up exams are only given if a medical is provided.
