A leading developer of software applications for brokerages, banks, and exchanges is looking for a Sales Manager to work in Nassau, Bahamas.

Approximate start date: As soon as possible!

The ideal candidates for this position must speak fluent English and need to be motivated, well-organized individuals who have a good understanding of Trading Technologies/ Forex & Stock markets, Exchanges, Banking, or Hedge Funds, as well as prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers for further development into the region.

Responsibilities: Dealing with prospective clients face to face and via email and telephone. Presenting trading platforms to prospective clients (remotely/live and face-to-face). Developing the market further in the assigned region.

Requirements for this job position:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or IT related
Required languages: English (Spanish would be a plus)
Good interpersonal skills, a sales personality, the ability to maintain client interest, and the ability to make captivating product presentations.
The ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Business/corporate representative personality and appearance.
Possess the desire and ability to learn new skills and work in a team.
Have knowledge or working experience in financial markets (Brokerage/Forex or Exchange markets, Hedge Funds) or Fintech
1 or more years of experience working in sales or trading software for corporate clients.

Additional Requirements (to be considered as an advantage):
Experience working in Fintech sales, Brokers, Hedge funds, Exchanges, Banking, or other financial institutions.

Salary - This will be negotiated depending on the candidate's experience.
