This week, January 9, marks one year since the day my life changed with a gruesome fall. And yet—look at God.

When I fell, my lungs collapsed and my patella shattered into five pieces. What should have taken me out completely did not destroy me. I was unable to work from January through September 2025, and even then, I could only manage half days until December 31st. Still, through every setback, God sustained me—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

On January 7, 2026, I return for my one-year medical review. I am prayerful and hopeful that I will be declared fully employable. Though my leg still buckles at times and fear of falling tries to creep in, my faith stands stronger than my fear.

In the midst of recovery, God has also been moving in unexpected and extraordinary ways. My book, Falling in Grace, has gained international attention, and I have been approached with requests to have the story converted into a movie. From a hospital bed to global conversations—only God could write a story like this.

Time and time again, He has proven Himself faithful. When the outcome looked uncertain, He carried me. When strength felt limited, He became my strength. And just as He has done before, He will do it again.

Can God?
Oh yes, He can.

I am deeply grateful—for life, for healing in progress, and for grace that continues to cover me every step of the way.
To God be all the glory.
