On November 23, 2024, this group of AMAZING athletes will be inducted to the Special Olympics Bahamas Wall of Fame.
William Mario Nottage, Bronson Ar**ha, Deron Forbes, Colette Grant and Anita Moncur will all have their names (and contributions) permanently etched in the Special Olympics Bahamas history books, as they will become the first ever inductees to the Special Olympics Bahamas Wall of Fame. The "Fantabulous fFve" are a true representation of how Special Olympics empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports.

The Stapledon School Family mourns the sudden loss of Keonte Holness who passed away on Saturday 27th May.

The Stapledon School family mourns the sudden loss of Ms. Melinda Greene, Computer teacher, who passed away early this morning. Ms. Greene joined our staff in March 2013. She was involved in our Special Olympics programme as well and volunteered as tennis and soccer coach. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
