Great things happening on the island of EXUMA!🇧🇸
This week BREEF along with local community partners conducted the Eco-Schools Green Flag Assessment at St. Andrew's Anglican School on the island of Exuma and made a special visit to Panther Country: L.N Coakley High School and George Town Primary School.
🤩🥳We extend congratulations to St. Andrew's Anglican School students, staff and faculty who successfully obtained the internationally recognized Green Flag Award renewal! We are looking forward to seeing continual growth on the island of Exuma and Cays!!

The Green Flag Award🏆 recognizes schools that have achieved an international standard of environmental education & practice. This international accreditation acknowledges the commitment of students to take action within their schools, to combat climate change and to promote the conservation of the Bahamian marine environment that sustains our way of life.
Presently, the BREEF Eco-Schools Bahamas network is spread over six islands and consists of 21 government and 37 private schools.
