PLANE CRASH SOUTH BIMINI

Just an update:

I am advised that the plane, owned by a local, Deon Papa D Moss, was being tested by locals from Bimini, Anthony 'Scrubby' Smith and an individual identified as Terrence Rolle. I am advised that both persons perished in the crash."

Please pray for the island of Bimini. We just had a plane crash at the South Bimini Airport. There was an explosion so there are possible fatalities.

Saturday, March 8 2014, 2.40am: A Boeing 777-200 (9M-MRO) from Malaysia Airlines goes missing. Flight MH370. It has not been found yet, but it is claimed to have crashed in the Chinese/Vietnamese sea. There were 239 people on board including 12 crew members. Yet, there is no sign of the missing plane. Statement By ''MALAYSIA AIRLINES'' Chief Executive Officer, Ahmad Jauhari Yahya on MH370 Incident. Released at 9.05am/8 Mar 2014 MY Local Time

We deeply regret that we have lost all contacts with flight MH370 which departed Kuala Lumpur at 12.41 am earlier this morning bound for Beijing.

The aircraft was scheduled to land at Beijing International Airport at 6.30am local Beijing time.

Subang Air Traffic Control reported that it lost contact at 2.40am (local Malaysia time) today.

Flight MH370 was operated on a Boeing B777-200 aircraft.

The flight was carrying a total number of 239 passengers and crew – comprising 227 passengers (including 2 infants), 12 crew members. The passengers were of 13 different nationalities.

Malaysia Airlines is currently working with the authorities who have activated their Search and Rescue team to locate the aircraft.

Our team is currently calling the next-of-kin of passengers and crew.

Focus of the airline is to work with the emergency responders and authorities and mobilize its full support.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all affected passengers and crew and their family members.

The airline will provide regular updates on the situation.

The Boeing 777-2H6ER took off from Kuala Lumpur Interational Airport's runway 32R at 00:41 and climbed to a cruising altitude of FL350.
Subang Air Traffic Control reported that it lost contact at 02.40 (local Malaysia time). Flight tracking website Flightradar24 showed a last contact at 02:20 at a position of 175 km NNE off the Malaysian coast and 223 km SW off the Vietnamese coast.
A search is in progress.
