The philosophy of Sunland Baptist Academy is based on it's purpose, namely: "To provide a quality education based on Christian principles for the Bahamian community in a comfortable, safe and friendly atmosphere," which will ensure adequate foundations for students to continue their education. Through the provision of a unique curriculum, we seek to ins

pire all students to achieve the highest possible competence in the skills, understanding and appreciations leading to effective self-directing adulthood. We seek to reinforce values through teaching of citizenship, a Christian environment conducive to ethical behavior, and to lead the students into an awareness of their responsibilities toward home, church and the community.
