About:
I am the owner-operator of Inglês Space, and I have over three years of — classroom and in-company —experience. However, I believe in not to simply teach a subject, rather build students up to their independence, so they may be able to transfer their learning in real life. Methodologies:
Most often, I create activities and assessments that involve creativity, technology, reflection, and choice. Discussion and participation are a must in my classes, and I want learners to create their own languages—be it through conversation, self-discovery or writing—so that they feel confident at the end of the class of their abilities and skills. Additionally, I am firmly convicted that technology can add a certain dynamics to the class if used correctly, and I like to conduct tests and quiz, and assign projects that require using mobile devices or computers. In my classrooms, I mainly use small group work, debate, writing exercises, and a lot of eliciting in the form of reflections. Assessments:
Besides, I am a firm believer of formative assessments and occasionally, summative assessments. Although, my students carry out assessments at the end of the class, but the works and outcomes of an assessment take place throughout the class. I utilise creative rubrics to set standards for peer reviews. Tutoring rates:

Amazing article on how reading could be fun and interactive - I'll definitely use some of the activities mentioned.

And these reactions are from my adult students. My young learners' reactions may be even more extreme. "I can read at home, I come to lessons to speak!" more than one of my students has told me.
