CALL FOR SPEAKERS

We are looking for people interested in presenting at next year’s PCE!

One of the key parts of the management cycle is evaluation. We start with a vision, use it to help us strategise and set goals and targets, and then think about the standards we would like to achieve. Then we implement our action steps, monitor and evaluate our progress and then take corrective action. But how best to evaluate? What does evaluation entail? What tools do you use? What makes it difficult to get right? What can go wrong, and what actions can be taken to avoid this? How much does successful evaluation depend on the other steps of the cycle? Do you have some techniques for evaluating certain things that you do that you could share with others?

We are looking for four people who will each deliver a 15-minute talk. We do not pay speakers, but if selected you will receive travel costs (up to 100GBP), one night’s accommodation in Liverpool (also up to 100GBP), and of course admission to the PCE itself.
