How often do you speak English? 🙊
We use adverbs of frequency to describe how often something happens.
They usually go before the main verb, or between the auxiliary and the main verb:
I always watch television after work. 📺
Or they come after the verb ‘to be’:
I am hardly ever hungry in the morning. 🕚
