One more Delta M2 done and dusted!
🙌🏼🍾
A special group formed by nine amazing Ukrainian ladies. That's it - Ukrainian! In spite of all the tragic situation they are going through, these trainees taught a lesson in resilience and diligence.
💪🏼👏🏻
They will certainly have amazing careers.

I will soon launch a free pre-course platform for those looking forward to doing Delta M1 or M2. If this is the case for you, send me a DM. If you know anyone who may wish to participate, tag them here.

Following up on my intention to share more, here's a basic lesson-observation checklist for trainers and coordinators. This is one of the documents I use in my coordinator-in-training course and it can look a bit basic but it can also get you started in case you are looking for more on this.

If you feel like reading more about the topic, write me an inbox, and I can share some titles that impacted my observation deeply.

After some research, I delivered a presentation on the subject, at IATEFL Conference last month. The presentation can be found here (http://andrealipio.edublogs.org/) and may help you think it over.
