Daia's easy chocolate cake

Ingredients

3 cups of flour
2 cups of brown sugar
3/4 of cup of cocoa powder
2 cups of hot water
1 cup of sunflower oil
1/4 of cup of vinegar
2tbs of vanilla
1tb od bicarbonate of soda
A pinch of salt

Method

In a bowl mix the cocoa , sugar and salt. Add the oil and mix. Then add the vanilla and the hot water and mix until the cocoa has disolved. Next fold the flour and bicarbonate of soda into the mixture. Finally pour in the vinegar and keep stirring until it stops reacting. Then put the mixture into a greased cake tin and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
