In recent weeks, information has circulated about temporary suspensions related to immigration (permanent relocation / permanent residence).
✅ Key point: this does not focus on Tourism/Business visa applications (B1/B2).
⚠️ In practice: in scenarios of increased migratory pressure, reviews and interviews may become more stringent.
For this reason, the recommendation is to plan ahead: align your timeline, documentation, and interview preparation.
If you have questions about your case, our team is available to provide guidance. Send us a message via Direct.

📢 ESG is no longer a differentiator. It’s a requirement.
Companies around the world are facing new regulations that demand transparency, audited data, and accountability in communicating social and environmental impacts.
🔍 Key developments include:
• Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD): requires audited ESG reports from EU companies based on double materiality
• U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): mandates climate risk and greenhouse gas emissions disclosure
• Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM in portuguese): will adopt ISSB sustainability standards starting in 2026
These changes are reshaping what it means to be a responsible company — and who is prepared to lead.
📚 In the Business Sustainability for Leaders course, offered by the State University of New York, you’ll gain the tools to navigate this regulatory landscape confidently, interpret the rules, and deliver trustworthy reports.
