“I’ve been there” or “I went there”?

Ask yourself the following: Am I mentioning the date/year/time that this happened in this sentence?

If so, then you should say “I went there last year”.

If you just want to say the fact and the “when” isn't really important, then say “I’ve been there”.

In this case, what you’re trying to say is:

* INSPECTION, if it's visual

* CONTROL, if it's legal or

* SUPERVISION, if it's guidance

8 expressions to describe your personality:

1) Easy-going: a relaxed person who is easy to get along with

2) Hard-working: someone who works well and isn’t lazy

3) Committed: a person who is loyal to a project or person

4) Trustworthy: someone who you can rely on

5) Honest: someone who tells the truth

6) Focused: someone who is not easily distracted

7) Methodical: a person who pays attention to details and works in a logical way

8) Proactive: someone who takes steps to complete tasks without supervision

You can say: "I'm hard working" or "I'm a hard working person".

Also you can use an intensifier like very, extremely or really to add some punch: "I'm really proactive."
