Os alunos da 3ª série do Ensino Médio participaram, na aula de Química, de uma atividade em laboratório sobre os fatores que influenciam a velocidade das reações químicas.

Em uma proposta prática e investigativa, observaram diferentes reações com comprimidos efervescentes e também a ação de enzimas, compreendendo, na prática, como determinadas substâncias podem acelerar ou influenciar os processos químicos.

A vivência tornou o conteúdo mais concreto e reforçou a importância da experimentação na construção do conhecimento científico. 🔬✨

The 3rd year of High School students took part, in Chemistry class, in a laboratory activity about the factors that influence the rate of chemical reactions.

In a practical and investigative proposal, they observed different reactions using effervescent tablets as well as the action of enzymes, understanding in practice how certain substances can speed up or influence chemical processes.

The experience made the content more concrete and reinforced the importance of experimentation in the construction of scientific knowledge. 🔬✨

The 6th grade students explored the cardinal points in a Geography lesson that combined theory and practice.

After studying the topic in the classroom, the class took part in an activity in the common area using a compass, deepening their learning in a concrete, dynamic, and meaningful way.

We have reached the end of another Integration Olympics and with it come the memories of an experience that brought the school together, strengthened connections, and turned each challenge into an opportunity for participation, teamwork, and shared enthusiasm.

Throughout this edition, we saw teams fully engaged, cheering squads coming together, and many moments that reflect the strength of school life when it is built through community.

As we close this cycle, we celebrate not only the final ranking, but everything that was experienced and built along the way.

Assim como no crochê, escrever também é entrelaçar.

Na aula de Língua Portuguesa, os alunos do 9º ano exploraram a construção do texto a partir de uma analogia sensível e significativa: o ato de tecer. A palavra “texto”, originada do latim textum, carrega justamente essa ideia de entrelaçamento, de fios que se conectam para formar um todo com sentido.

Durante a atividade, cada elemento da escrita foi compreendido como parte de uma estrutura maior, em que a coesão funciona como o fio que liga ideias, organiza pensamentos e dá forma ao texto.

O momento ganhou ainda mais significado com a participação especial da avó da aluna Pietra, junto com a tia Maria, colaboradora do Liceu, trazendo afeto, troca de saberes e conexão entre gerações.

Just like in crochet, writing is also about interweaving.

In their Portuguese Language class, 9th-grade students explored text construction through a meaningful and sensitive analogy: the act of weaving. The word “text,” derived from the Latin textum, carries this very idea, threads intertwined to create a cohesive whole.

During the activity, each element of writing was understood as part of a larger structure, where cohesion acts as the thread that connects ideas, organizes thoughts, and gives shape to the text.

The moment became even more special with the presence of Pietra’s grandmother, alongside Maria, a member of the Liceu team, bringing warmth, shared knowledge, and a beautiful connection between generations.

Learning is also about feeling, experiencing, and building together. 💛

Neste sábado, 14 de março, acontece a Olimpíada de Integração 2026 do Liceu Santa Cruz, um dia especial dedicado ao esporte, à colaboração e à alegria de estarmos juntos.

As camisetas oficiais já estão prontas e a energia que envolve esse momento já pode ser sentida nos preparativos. Nas imagens, compartilhamos um pouco do ensaio da cerimônia de abertura, que dará início a um dia cheio de movimento, torcida e celebração.

Mais do que competição, as Olimpíadas são uma oportunidade de fortalecer valores que fazem parte da nossa comunidade escolar: união, superação e convivência.

This Saturday, March 14, the 2026 Liceu Santa Cruz Integration Olympics will take place, a special day dedicated to sports, collaboration, and the joy of being together.

The official team shirts are ready, and the excitement surrounding this moment can already be felt in the preparations. In the images, we share a glimpse of the opening ceremony rehearsal, which will mark the beginning of a day full of energy, cheering, and celebration.

More than a competition, the Olympics are an opportunity to strengthen values that are part of our school community: unity, resilience, and coexistence.

🌱 Algumas mudanças começam com decisões pequenas, mas corajosas.

O Verdejando a Mooca, projeto criado pelo Liceu Santa Cruz sob liderança da diretora Mirna, nasceu de uma constatação simples: um bairro com poucas áreas verdes precisa de ação concreta.

A meta é plantar 1.000 árvores na região.

Nesta primeira semana de aulas de 2026, os alunos do 8º ano deram continuidade ao projeto em uma ação conjunta com o Colégio Concórdia, também do Grupo A Educacional, realizando o plantio de espécies nativas da Mata Atlântica no bosque mantido pela escola, um verdadeiro refúgio ecológico dentro da cidade.

Mais do que uma atividade escolar, foi um gesto de cuidado com o presente e compromisso com o futuro.

🌱 Some changes begin with small — yet courageous — decisions.

Verdejando a Mooca, a project created by Liceu Santa Cruz under the leadership of principal Mirna Suzano, was born from a simple realization: a neighborhood with limited green areas calls for concrete action.

The goal is to plant 1,000 trees in the region.

During the first week of classes in 2026, 8th grade students continued the project through a joint initiative with Colégio Concórdia, also part of Grupo A Educacional, planting native Atlantic Forest species in the school’s woodland, a true ecological refuge within the city.

More than a school activity, it was an act of care for the present and a commitment to the future.
