In our recent STEAM lesson, students became real young scientists to answer a simple but powerful question:

“What is causing the pizza dough to rise?”

Instead of just being told the answer, they:

Observed the dough carefully
Compared different ingredients
Made predictions and tested their ideas
Discussed their conclusions together
By starting from a genuine question, students practice curiosity, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills that go far beyond the Science classroom.

Here, we don’t just follow recipes.
We investigate, experiment and discover how the world works, one pizza dough at a time. 🍕✨
