The Club Fair will take place on Monday, May 30th from 12:20 pm to 1:00 pm in the high school! If you are in a club, just be ready to talk to 8th grade students about what your club does and why they might want to join.
As you know, all of our clubs and student groups are essential to what make the EARJ High School experience special. We will host a Club Fair in which 8th grade students will visit the high school to learn about the clubs. We hope it will be a good opportunity to show 8th grade students how they can get involved in campus life at EARJ. Student Organizations and Clubs can set up informal displays and will have members in the rooms talk to visitors one on one about what their organization does. Involvement in extra-curricular experiences is one of the most important parts of having a successful high school career. Recruit new students into your clubs by telling them about how they will make friends, learn all about EARJ, serve the community, and develop invaluable skills you will use in life beyond high school. There are over 20 student organizations that students have to choose from.
Congratulations to SOS and Francesca Del Posso for working to successful raise funds for the Ecuador relief efforts!

Inside the mind of a master procrastinator Tim Urban knows that procrastination doesn't make sense, but he's never been able to shake his habit of waiting until the last minute to get things done. In this hilarious and insightful talk, Urban takes us on a journey through YouTube binges, Wikipedia rabbit holes and bouts of staring out the win...
Tomorrow, May 26, is Corpus Christi, a public holiday in Brazil. School will be closed. Students are off Friday but teachers will be back in school Friday to learn and work together.
