Hello big ENO family -

I hope to find you well.

Next March 22 is the Water International Day and we are preparing some activities to raise awareness on water preservation and involvement of schools in the planting of riparian vegetation.
This day I would like to show pictures of the water situation in the world and sensitize students about it´s use and preservation because, in Brazil, it is a privilege to have this resource in abundance, but we still have major distribution problems, since water don´t reach everyone at the same amount and regularity and we still lack efficient policy for management and protection of water resources.
Please if you can help me by sending photos that depict the reality of water in your country, I would be very grateful. This may also motivate students to participate in the photo contest: - Water in my life.

I appreciate your help and if you need anything from Brazil, our team is ready to help you.

Best Regards, Rosa ENO COORDINATOR BRASIL

Dear friend,

Vexi Salmi (legendary Finnish lyrics maker) made lyrics for Christmas song and arranged a contest in Finland. My composition was chosen at Top 20 list from about 300 candidates!

I ask you to support my song.

1) Click the link below (sorry, in Finnish)
2) On the right column, find my name in the middle of the list (Mika Vanhanen)
3) To give your vote to me click my name. You will then see the percentages that has been given to each candidate.

ENO 100 Million Trees by 2017 in Rio news here:

" China won’t be the only surface getting greened: School children the world over committed to planting 100 million trees by 2017. The promise was made by ENO Programme Association of Finland, a global virtual school that has already convinced 7,000 schools in 150 countries to participate. Kids have planted seven million trees since 2004, but in honor of Rio, the association will see them step up their game."
