Caminhos Language Centre was established in 2009 and is now the largest Portuguese School in Rio de Janeiro. The school is famous for its on-site social programme for children, the daily free activities for students and the incredible vibe the school has.

Our Culture Day at Caminhos was all about Festa Junina 🌽🌽, one of Brazil’s most beloved traditions, celebrated throughout June and July.
Our students explored different activity rooms, each offering a unique part of the experience.
They learned the quadrilha dance, discovered the history of Festa Junina, explored cordel literature, tasted traditional foods, and had fun with classic festival games and prizes.
They visited the costume room, where they learned about the traditional outfits, dressed up and posed for photos. 💜💜🇧🇷🇧🇷
