Rising star ICMM2018 Pre-Conference

We encourage all ICMM2018 participants to attend the three satellite conferences that have been organized with attractive and complementary programs. http://icmm2018.com.br/program.php
Two of them will be held in Brazil, and the third in Santiago, Chile:

· Workshop on Advanced Nanomagnetism Characterization, August, 30th – 31st, 2018, at the National Synchrotron facility in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. Registration at http://pages.cnpem.br/wanc/ ;

· Rising star ICMM2018 Pre-Conference, to be held at the same Hotel of the ICMM2018 on September 1st 2018.

Dear Inscripts at the ICMM2018,

We would like to inform that at the Windsor Marapendi Hotel double or triple rooms are available with special rates for ICMM2018. Participants who need to find partners to share a room are invited to post a message here.

After the 10th of May, the number of rooms blocked for reservation at the Windsor Marapendi Hotel will be gradually decreased. This means that, although the special rate offered to the conference will continue to be valid until next September, last minute reservations may not be available if the hotel is fully booked. Therefore, for participants who wish to stay at the Windsor Marapendi Hotel for the conference, it is highly recommended to book the hotel rooms as soon as possible.

The 16th International Conference on Molecule-based Magnets 2018 ICMM2018 will be hosted in the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro. You are all welcome to contribute to this unmissable event and to enjoy the city.

We are pleased to announce that a Special Issue of the Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials (JMMM), from Elsevier, will be published with contributions from the ICMM2018. Further information concerning submissions will be released on the ICMM2018 website.
