Na escola, aprendemos esta regra para memorizar como escrever as palavras "em cima" (escrita separadamente e que signif**a "on the top of"; "above") e "embaixo" (escrita de forma junta e que signif**a "under"; "below").
Pense sempre no símbolo de "paz e amor": os dedos em cima estão separados e os dedos embaixo estão "juntos".
Então f**a assim, separados em cima e junto embaixo.
Simples, né?!

In school, we usually learn this rule to memorize how to write the words "em cima" (written separately and meaning "on the top of"; "above") and "embaixo" (written together and meaning "under"; "below").
Always think of the hand "peace and love" symbol: the fingers are apart on the top but somehow together on the bottom.
So, it's like this: on the top of (em cima) is separated and under (embaixo) is together.
Simple, isn't it?!
