The Laboratory of Plant Molecular Cytogenetics is devoted to chromosome biology, mainly to comparative genomics and epigenetics, focusing to plant breeding and genetic resources (wild relatives to crops), biodiversity, evolution. Our joint projects cover different aspects of genome and chromatin organization and their regulation in models as mouse, insects, plant-microbe interactions.
