We from homa training and language wish the whole world to be more aware of women inequality. With that intent, we would like to present you a fact check from our own data regarding opportunities and time availability in working environments of women in comparison to men:

1. About 70% of all students since our opening to the market had been women. This data is still up to date. The reason behind this figure is that women can't afford losing any given opportunity whilst men will rely on cultural mainstream to keep being procrastinators.

2. Hence, this unfolds to studying. Women hand in assignments far more often than men at homa. About 70% of men are delayed in assignments while women are 40%. This is because women can't afford making mistakes in companies where there are high levels of competition among coworkers. Companies will preferably choose men for higher positions than women despite abilities being clearly leveled on most occasions.

3. Providing online solutions for English Language demands, women proved to have higher attendance levels during pandemic times. On many occasions, they admitted that online learning were better suitable for them as they could run other errands while most of men focused solely on work.

Keep on advocating for equality.
