"Make me a favor" or "Do me a favor"?
Do you sometimes get confused between those two?
Here are some examples of when to use each verb:

Do you know the meaning of the verb PRETEND?
Lots of Portuguese speakers tend to translate PRETEND as “PRETENDER”, but this is not correct. Although very similar, this is a FALSE COGNATE. Pretend is actually the verb “FINGIR”. Here are two sentences for you to check out:

If a person says "I love pizza!" you'll agree with him or her by saying "I love it, too!".
But what if the statement is negative: "I don't like to get up early."
Can you say "I don't like it, too?"
No, you can’t. In that case you should use the words EITHER or NEITHER, check this out:
