Meet Sami Knowles 🌿✨ .herb

Sami is a gardener, drummer, dancer, and devoted friend of the plant world. For over two decades, she has tended the earth through her gardening business in San Francisco — witnessing cycles of growth, flowering, decay, and abundant regeneration, season after season.

It was through Plant Spirit Talk that something in Sami truly awakened. Seven years of practice, healing, and remembering. Her animist heart, she says, recognized its home. 🌱🩵

Sami walks alongside women as they reconnect with the living world, unearth their inner knowing, and reclaim the magic that has always been theirs. She carries the thread of ancestral folk wisdom and the deep, embodied knowing that comes from years of listening to plants, to cycles, to the earth beneath her feet.

We are so honored to welcome her as a practitioner in the Plant Spirit Initiation!

✨ Applications are now open. First round begins June 28th. Link in bio to apply.

***♥️Passionate for Passion🌿***

One of our most beloved plant allies- Passiflora incarnata; a vine of extraordinary beauty and even deeper medicine.

Passionflower’s physical medicine is a gift for our times. In a world that keeps us wired and contracted, she offers a gentle way back to the body. A nervine and anxiolytic, she supports the nervous system without suppressing our aliveness - a rare and important quality in a plant ally.

Spiritually, Passionflower guides us to be relaxed, grounded and embodied enough to access our higher consciousness and to reconnect with that which brings us passion.♥️✨

What have been your experiences hanging out with this wise blooming goddess?

The water temple is open! 🌊 🍯 🌿

This summer, we are beyond thrilled to open something we have been tending for a long time for our community!

Templo de las Aguas — The Bath House at Plant Spirit Talk — is a sacred outdoor space rooted in South American folk medicine and curanderismo, nestled inside our medicinal gardens in Sebastopol, CA.

This is not a traditional spa…what we offer here is older than that: floral water, medicinal plants, and the ancestral wisdom that knows how to meet a body that has been carrying too much.

Come visit the temple for a limpia, a half-day florecimiento ceremony, or come to simply soak alone in an herbal bath and let the plants heal your spirit and call you home.

✨ Monthly memberships are also open for those ready to make restoration a real practice, not a special occasion!

🗓️ We are open only from June through October, by appointment only — spots are limited and the season moves fast!

Swipe through to see what’s available, then follow the link in bio to book your time. 💦

The gardens are in bloom 🌸 the water is ready.

We will be here and look forward to supporting you!
