Want to know a super easy way to know where all your students are at all times? I present to you - "Where Am I?" cups!

Kids take the color cup for that location and put it upside down on their desk/table spot when they leave the room, then put it back in your stack of cups when they get back.

Because they're color coded, you can easily look across the room to see exactly where anyone is. Really helpful for fire drills and just in general. 🥰

If you've ever had the office say to send a kid down and they're not at their seat and you panic for a sec, this will help that too 😊

You/they will memorize the colors super quickly but I recommend writing the location on them for when you have a sub/reminders of which one is which. 💕

I recommend:
💙 Blue cups for the restroom (only put out 2 or however many can go at once - easy way for them to self-manage asking to go to the bathroom - no cup, no go 😉)
💛 Yellow cup for Office
❤️ Red cup for Nurse
💚 Green cup for Library (if your kids go there on their own)
💜 Purple cup for "Be Back Soon" (use this for basically everything else - any kind of pull-out so you're not identifying a kid as receiving specific services such as speech but want to know that they left the room, use for kids going anywhere on an errand/another classroom if they do that, basically anything that doesn't fit under the rest of them but they need to leave the room)

It's the worst to see an empty desk and not remember they're in speech or something like that 😆 so this helps a lot with that! You're already thinking of 949458435 during the day - anything you can do to lessen your cognitive load, the better! 💕💕
