Here's what makes this billboard funny 😂:
1- The word "stool" means "f***s" in medical term; and the word "sample" is a portion of something like p**p, p*e or blood taken for test.
So "stool sample" is a little "p**p" collected for laboratorial test.

2 - "Stool" is a kind of furniture (seat) as shown on the billboard; and "sample" is something used for people to try a product for the first time.
