Out of the blue = unexpectedly with no warning

Translation ( in Portuguese ): The signs says 80 miles per hour, dad. = A placa diz 80 milhas por hora, pai. Why are you driving slowly ? = Por que você está dirigindo devagar ? come up = surgir, aparecer out of the blue = de repente do nada. A deer may come up out of the blue = Um v***o pode surgir de repente do nada.
