This week stands out as one of the most enriching experiences of my professional life. Stepping beyond my usual scope of work to translate from Portuguese - and even Spanish - into English was both a challenge and a privilege. It made me reflect on how the small foundation in Spanish I gained back in 1996 could become so meaningful today. For that, I am especially grateful to my mum, .mattos.927 , for giving me that opportunity.
I would also like to warmly congratulate Helga, Aparecida, and Alida for the dedication and effort in understanding spoken language and expressing yourselves so actively. Your persistence, courage, and willingness to engage were truly inspiring and made a real difference.
Bruna, once again, thank you for the impeccable organization - everything was thoughtful and perfectly arranged. Ana Caroline, the candy you and your husband, Fernando, shared with us was absolutely delicious and a lovely gesture.
Finally, I would like to highlight Ana’s feedback. She expressed full confidence that SBcert is doing an excellent job and praised the overall quality of the work. This recognition is significant and, at the same time, reminds us that continuous improvement is always part of the journey.
