Four incredibly intense days. Four days of early mornings, late nights, countless decisions, problem-solving, and work that, somehow, never feels heavy because it feeds the soul.
Being part of the organization of the 22nd BRAZ-TESOL International Conference was an honor beyond words. Seeing months of planning come to life, watching people reconnect, learn, laugh, sing, cry, and create memories together reminded me exactly why I choose to dedicate my time to this association.
BRAZ-TESOL is much more than a professional organization to me. It is my community. It is where I feel at home. Where I feel seen, inspired, challenged, and where I truly belong.
My deepest gratitude goes to my fellow Board members, whose dedication and friendship made every challenge lighter. To our incredible volunteers, who gave their time and energy so generously. To our sponsors and partners, whose support made this conference possible. To every presenter, participant, SIG and Chapter leader, and to everyone who helped make these four days unforgettable.
I leave Vitória with a full heart, inspired by every conversation, every hug, every smile, and every shared moment.
Thank you for reminding me, once again, that we are always stronger when we thrive together. 💚
