We are very proud of the school we have grown into, and of the facilities available to our students, teachers, and families. We are an American Embassy affiliated school. ACS Calvert is accredited by AdvancED, the parent organization of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI). ACS Calvert is also authorized to offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Our curriculum is based on the American model of education. We have a challenging school curriculum. Students are also eligible to earn the American Diploma and the Bolivian Diploma. In addition to academics – our students are involved in athletics, the arts, Classroom Without Walls, and community service. Our high school graduates attend and thrive in some of the most competitive universities in the world. Our educational focus is about student achievement and developing our students to be caring and involved members of their community. We believe that it is our responsibility to educate the whole child. To do this, we have designed an educational program that requires students to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. We want to challenge each student so they are prepared for the requirements of the 21st century. All of our students – from early childhood, primary, and secondary – participate in community service activities.
