Time to get cozy like this cute alpaca! 🤗

Viernes Santo ('Good Friday') marks the beginning of Triduo Pascual, the three most important days of Easter.

As in many other countries in South America, the Bolivian government applies the ley seca ('dry law'), a 24-hour long ban on alcohol. From midnight on Thursday through to midnight on Friday, no alcoholic beverages of any kind may be sold or served anywhere in the country and breaches are punished with a fine.
