AI赋能多元教学，共探课堂创新路径——九汀中华学校举办 AI教学展示观摩会
2026 年 7 月 31 日，九汀中华学校成功举办“人工智能赋能多元教学，共探课堂创新路径——AI 教学展示观摩会”。来自汶莱四所华校的校长、副校长、主任及教师共三十余人，齐聚一堂，共同探索人工智能时代教育发展的新方向。此次活动旨在搭建跨校、跨学科专业交流平台，促进教师分享人工智能融入课堂教学的实践经验，共同推动教育创新与专业 成长。
九汀中华学校陶美华校长在致辞中指出，举办此次观摩会并非只是介绍 AI 工具，也不是 为了追随科技发展的潮流，而是希望通过与各校行政和教师交流与分享，引导教育工作者 共同思考：在人工智能日益融入生活与教育的时代，学校应如何培养学生，以从容应对瞬
息万变的时代挑战？教师又应如何重新审视并定位自身的专业价值？陶校长表示，过去人们常说：“AI 不会取代教师，只会取代不会使用 AI 的教师。”这句话提醒教师必须主动学习科技，与时代同行。然而，未来真正面临挑战的，不只是不会使 用AI的教师，即使能够熟练运用 AI工具的教师，如果个人的专业价值仅停留在资料整理、
教材制作及技术操作层面，也可能被人工智能逐渐取代。因为教师真正不可替代的价值，在于教育判断、创造力、同理心、价值引导，以及与家长、学生建立信任关系、激发学习 热忱和陪伴学生成长的能力等等。
陶校长也特别提到，当世界积极发展人工智能的同时，部分国家却开始限制青少年过早接 触数码科技，例如减少学生过早使用社交媒体或禁止学生在校园使用智能手机等；这些举 措并非拒绝科技，而是提醒教育界：科技越先进，人文教育越显重要；工具越强大，品格 培养与价值教育越不能缺席。因此，教师要善用 AI 赋能教学，更要以教育者的智慧，引 导学生学会思考、懂得担当、明辨是非。
本次观摩会汇集了来自九汀中华学校、诗里亚中正中学、双溪岭中岭学校及都东中华学校 的教师，进行跨学科的教学经验及实践分享。当天分享的学科包括华文、马来文、英文、数学、科学、电脑、STEAM 等学科。参与分享的教师善用 NotebookLM、ChatGPT、Gemini
及 Canva 等平台，展示这些科技如何协助教师进行课程设计、制作教学资源、提升课堂 互动，并丰富不同科目与年级学生的学习体验。
观摩会最后，由双溪岭中岭学校黄汉华校长给予点评与分享，对教师们勇于创新、积极探 索AI教学应用的精神给予肯定，并鼓励教师继续以正面的态度运用科技，让AI 成为提升 教育质量的助力，重构学习生态。观摩会在热烈而充实的交流氛围中圆满结束。九汀中华学校衷心感谢各校校长、行政人员 及教师的积极参与和支持，也感谢参与分享的教师倾囊相授、交流实践经验。与会者纷纷 表示，此次观摩会不仅加深了对 AI 融入教学的认识，也学习了许多实用的新技能，并获 得了新的教学启发。大家期待将所学所思逐步应用于课堂实践，让科技真正服务于教育，在持续探索与实践中提升教学质量，共同推动汶莱教育迈向更具创新性与前瞻性的未来。

董事会领导礼貌拜会 共议学校治理与永续发展
九汀中华学校董事长杨文成、署理董事长黄义强及校长陶美华，于 8月7日（星期五）上 午礼貌拜会陈志辉律师，就学校聘任法律顾问一事进行交流，并进一步探讨学校 理、法 律事务及长远发展等相关课题。
此次拜会旨在加强学校董事会与法律专业人士之间的沟通与联系，同时就学校在持续推动 教育创新、优化治理机制及健全行政制度的过程中所涉及的法律事务进行交流。双方在融 洽的气氛中交换意见，并就学校未来的发展方向展开深入讨论。

2026 年幼儿园地球日庆祝活动——小行动，大改变
2026年7月 4日，本校幼儿园小朋友齐聚《文荟堂》 ，参与了一场充满学习、欢乐与团队 合作精神的地球日庆祝活动。
活动开始时，老师先向孩子们介绍地球日的意义，随后通过生动有趣的幻灯片展示，引导 孩子们认识保护地球的重要性。孩子们也观赏了有关爱护地球及节约用水的教育视频，从 中学习环保知识。
活动中，小朋友们热情参与了两项有趣的游戏——《快乐地球花》 和 《分类真有趣》 。
通过游戏体验，他们学习如何正确分类垃圾，并将纸张、塑料和金属废弃物分别投入相应 的回收箱。
其中最令人印象深刻的环节，是孩子们自信地宣读他们对地球许下的承诺：
“我承诺保护地球。”
“我承诺节约用水。”
庆祝活动最后由校长陶美华颁发奖品，为活动画下圆满句点。随后，全体幼儿园小朋友一 起合影，留下欢乐而珍贵的回忆。
看到孩子们在活动中欢笑、学习，并积极参与各种体验活动，令人感到欣慰。通过有趣的 活动与亲身实践，小朋友们明白了即使是微小的行动，也能为保护地球贡献力量。我们希 望这些小小环保先锋能够将所学付诸日常生活，因为小小行动，确实能够带来大大的改 变。
Kindergarten Earth Day Celebration 2026 – Small Steps, Big Change
On 4th July 2026, our kindergarten pupils gathered at Wen Hui Hall for a meaningful Earth Day celebration filled with learning, fun, and teamwork.
The programme began with an introduction to Earth Day, followed by an engaging slideshow presentation by our teachers. The children also enjoyed educational videos about protecting our Earth and the importance of saving water.
Our young learners enthusiastically participated in two exciting games: Happy Earth Flower and
Sorting Is Fun, where they learned how to separate paper, plastic, and metal waste into the
correct recycling bins.
One of the most memorable moments was when the children proudly recited their Promise to the Earth:
“I promise to protect the Earth.”
“I promise to save water.”The celebration concluded with a prize presentation by our Principal, Madam How, followed by a joyful group photo with all the kindergarten pupils.
It was wonderful to see the children smiling, laughing, and learning throughout the event. Through fun activities and hands-on experiences, they discovered that even the smallest actions can help protect our planet. We hope these young eco-heroes will continue practising what they learned every day because small steps truly lead to big change.

九汀中华学校世界地球日主题活动
2026年7月 4日周六，九汀中华学校隆重开展《世界地球日》主题活动。全校一至六年 级学子齐聚一堂，在充实美好的晨间时光中研学环保知识、参与创意实践、体悟生态初心。

活动以庄严的集会拉开序幕，随后由艾吉亚老师开展地球日专题宣讲。宣讲深入浅出地阐释了生态保护的深远意义，引导同学们掌握日常生活中力所能及的环保举措，倡导大家践行减量排污、节约用水、洁净环境等绿色习惯。

全体学生同步观看自然纪录片《我们的星球》精选短片，沉浸式领略自然山河的灵动之美，深刻认知人类活动对鸟兽生灵、森林海洋及整体生态环境的影响与关联。

本次活动的亮点为“心愿树”承诺环节，同学们纷纷写下守护地球的专属誓言。字字真挚的承诺，承载着减量浪费、节约水电、拒绝一次性塑料、植树护绿、守护周遭洁净环境的初心与担当。

活动最后，陶美华校长为全体参与学生颁发纪念证书，表彰大家的积极参与与热忱践行。

此次地球日主题活动，旨在根植学子的生态环保理念，让孩子们深知护绿守土、爱护家园是每个人的共同责任。地球日一年一度，然环保之行贵在朝夕坚守、点滴践行，愿同学们以今日为始，岁岁践行、日日坚持，以微光之力守护绿水青山。

Chung Hwa School Kiudang held an Earth Day celebration on Saturday, 4 July 2026, bringingtogether students from Year 1 to 6 for a morning of environmental learning, creative activities
and meaningful reflection.

The programme began with an assembly, followed by an Earth Day talk by Teacher Haziyah.
During the talk, students learned about the importance of protecting the environment and simple actions they can practise every day, such as reducing waste, saving water and keeping their surroundings clean.

Students also watched a short video from Our Planet. The screening helped them appreciate the beauty of nature and understand how human activities can affect animals, forests, oceans and the wider environment.

One of the highlights of the programme was the Promise Tree Activity, where students made personal pledges to care for the Earth. Their promises included reducing waste, conserving
water and electricity, avoiding single-use plastics, planting trees and keeping their surroundings clean.

The event concluded with a certificate presentation by Principal Mdm How, in recognition of the students’ active participation and commendable achievements.

Through this Earth Day celebration, Chung Hwa School Kiudang hopes to encourage students to understand that caring for the environment is a shared responsibility. Although Earth Day is celebrated once a year, students were reminded that protecting the planet requires small and consistent actions every day.

九汀中华学校学子亮相全汶华校朗诵比赛 声韵传情绽华文光彩

7月17日，由诗里亚中正中学主办的《全汶华校朗诵比赛》顺利举行，我校选派四名学 生赴赛，以诵读为桥，一展华文之美。

本次参赛选手涵盖低小与高小组学生。低小组一年级胡煜杰、三年级方玉美均为首次登 台，却从容自若，毫无怯场之态。胡煜杰朗诵《我只能是一个小孩子吗》，将孩童对母亲 的纯粹深情娓娓道来；方玉美以一首《春晓》，在清声缓语间铺展古诗的悠然意境。五年
级魏常中演绎《太阳是个调皮的小娃娃》，灵动鲜活，眉眼间尽是少年朝气。三名选手均 获优秀奖。

高小组四年级方雪慧凭《蒲公英的愿望》 ，诵至“平凡的生命，也能闪闪发光”时，眼神 澄澈、声线动容，恰似蒲公英载梦乘风；杰出表现斩获铜奖。备赛的点滴沉淀，舞台的全 心投入，已是孩子们最珍贵的自我超越。校方为学子们敢于突破的表现深感骄傲，愿此次 经历化作种子，让华文之美在童心深处生根发芽。

Students from Chung Hwa School Kiudang Participated in Chinese Schools Recitation Competition, Showcasing the Beauty of Chinese Language Through Voice and Emotion
On 17 July 2026, the Chinese School Recitation Competition was hosted by Chung Ching Middle School Seria. Chung Hwa School Kiudang was honoured to participate in the competition, with four students representing the school and using recitation as a medium to showcase the beauty and charm of the Chinese language.

The competition brought together lower and upper primary students from various Chinese schools. Despite stepping onto the stage for the first time, Year 1 student Muhammad
Umar and Year 3 student Diana Hong remained calm and composed, delivering their performances with confidence and enthusiasm.

Muhammad Umar presented the poem “Can I Only Be a Child?”, portraying the innocent love and deep affection children hold for their mothers. Diana Hong recited the classical poem “Spring Dawn”, bringing to life the tranquil and elegant artistic beauty of ancient Chinese poetry through her gentle and expressive voice. Year 5 student Samuel Ngui Chang Zhong delivered a lively performance of “The Sun is a Mischievous Little Child”, captivating the audience with his energetic expression and youthful spirit. These three participants also received the Excellence Award for their outstanding
performances.

Year 4 student Lilyanna Pong impressed the judges with her heartfelt performance of “The Wish of Dandelion”, earning a Bronze Award. When she recited the line “Even an ordinary life can shine”, her clear eyes and touching voice reflected the spirit of dandelions carrying dreams and soaring with the wind.

九汀中华学校七名五年级学生在负责教师 Masnur 老师的带领下，于 2026年7 月18日参 加了在慕达哈欣小学（Sekolah Rendah Muda Hashim）举行的《Tangkas, Tangkis 》活 动。该活动由苏丹沙里夫阿里伊斯兰大学（Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali,
UNISSA）Rakan U.M.A.T. 主办，并与国家肃毒局（Narcotics Control Bureau, BKN）合 作举办。参与此次活动的还有来自慕达哈欣小学、武吉乌达小学（Sekolah Rendah Bukit Udal）以及都东第一小学（Sekolah Pertama, Tutong）的五年级学生。

活动期间，学生首先参与了由国家肃毒局（BKN）主讲的防毒意识讲座，随后参加了一场 互动性十足的“寻宝竞赛”。该活动通过一系列富有挑战性的任务，旨在培养学生的团队 合作精神、批判性思维能力，以及作出正确与负责任决定的意识。

Seven Year 5 students from Chung Hwa School Kiudang, accompanied by their teacher-in-charge, Cikgu Masnur, participated in the Tangkas, Tangkis Programme held at Sekolah Rendah Muda Hashim on 18 July 2026. Organised by Rakan U.M.A.T., Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA) in collaboration with the Narcotics Control Bureau (BKN), the programme also brought together Year 5 students from Sekolah Rendah Muda Hashim, Sekolah Rendah Bukit Udal and
Sekolah Pertama, Tutong.

Throughout the programme, students attended an anti-drug awareness session conducted by BKN before taking part in an interactive Amazing Race designed to promote teamwork, critical thinking and responsible decision-making through a series of engaging challenges. Chung Hwa School Kiudang extends its sincere appreciation to Rakan U.M.A.T. 2026年6月 27日，九汀中华学校举行了英语日活动，为学生提供了一个充满趣味且富有 意义的机会，以提升他们的英语语言能力。值得一提的是，当天全体师生皆身着自己喜爱 的主题角色服装，校园瞬间化身为创意与欢乐交织的舞台，处处洋溢着热情与活力，为活 动增添了生动而难忘的氛围。

当天，学生参与了多个互动式英语活动站，内容涵盖语法、词汇、拼写及造句游戏；幼儿 园学生则参与了以英语为主题的填色比赛。

本次活动的一大亮点是故事讲述比赛，来自低年级与高年级的学生自信地进行故事演绎。他们以清晰的发音、富有表现力的表达、生动的创意以及良好的舞台表现力给评委留下了 深刻印象。该比赛有效提升了学生的自信心，增强了口语表达能力，并培养了他们对英语 的热爱。

活动最后举行了各项比赛的颁奖仪式，以表扬学生的努力与成就。英语日活动圆满成功，既有趣又富教育意义，激励学生以更自信与积极的态度学习英语。

On 27th June 2026, Chung Hwa School Kiudang celebrated English Day, providing pupils with a fun and meaningful opportunity to develop their English language skills.

Throughout the day, pupils participated in interactive English activity stations featuring grammar, vocabulary, spelling, and sentence-building games, while Kindergarten pupils enjoyed an English-themed colouring competition.

It is worth highlighting that on that day, all teachers and students wore costumes of their favourite themed characters. The school campus was instantly transformed into a vibrant stage filled with creativity and joy, where enthusiasm and energy could be felt everywhere, adding a lively and unforgettable atmosphere to the event.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Storytelling Competition, where pupils from both Lower and Upper Primary confidently presented their stories. They impressed the judges
with their clear pronunciation, expressive delivery, creativity, and stage presence. The competition helped pupils build confidence, improve their public speaking skills, and foster a
love for the English language.

The event concluded with prize presentations for the various competitions, celebrating the pupils’ efforts and achievements. English Day was a successful and enjoyable celebration that
encouraged pupils to learn English with confidence and enthusiasm.

九汀中华学校于2026年6 月26日（星期五）举办了一场教师专业发展工作坊，主题为 《以全新的视角看世界：关于好奇心、感知、期待与内在渴望的探索》。本次工作坊由生 命导师江芷菁 Jasly Kong 女士主讲，旨在通过萨提尔Satir 冰山理论，提升教师的自 我觉察能力与情绪健康素养。除了九汀全体行政及教职员参与培训，还吸引了其他学校教
师参与，一起学习。

在课程过程中，教师们积极参与各项互动活动与小组讨论，从中更深入理解情绪、感知、期待与内在渴望如何影响个人行为以及人际关系。整个工作坊鼓励教师以更强的同理心、好奇心与理解力去回应生活中的各种情境，并将这种觉察延伸至日常教学与人际互动之
中，使沟通更具温度，并促进人与人之间更深层次的连结与理解。

课程最后以反思环节作结，并向所有参与教师颁发证书，以表彰他们的积极投入与持续专 业成长的精神。九汀中华学校向 Jasly Kong 女士致以诚挚谢意，感谢她带来深具启发性 的分享、富有互动性的引导，以及对课程的用心投入，使本次工作坊成为一段充实且富意 义的学习历程。

Professional Development Workshop: Seeing With New Eyes
Chung Hwa School Kiudang held a professional development workshop titled “Seeing With New Eyes: A Workshop on Curiosity, Perception, Expectation & Yearning” on 26 June 2026. The workshop was conducted by Life Coach Ms. Jasly Kong and aimed to enhance teachers’ self-awareness and emotional well-being through the Satir Iceberg Model.

Throughout the session, teachers participated in interactive activities and discussions to better understand how feelings, perceptions, expectations, and yearnings influenced behaviour and relationships. The workshop encouraged participants to respond with greater empathy, curiosity, and understanding in both their personal and professional lives.

The programme concluded with a reflection session, followed by a certificate presentation to all participants, recognising their participation and commitment to professional growth. Chung Hwa School Kiudang extended its sincere appreciation to Ms. Jasly Kong for her valuable insights, engaging facilitation, and dedication in making the workshop a meaningful and enriching experience for all.

In her concluding remarks, Principal Mdm How expressed her hope that teachers, while continuously strengthening their professional competence, would also give due attention to

——聚焦环境卫生与病媒防控，共筑校园健康防线

2026 年 6 月 22 日星期一，九汀中华学校荣幸地迎来都东卫生局专业团队进校，开展以 “环境卫生整治与病媒传染病防控”为主题的健康教育专题讲座。本次活动是学校深化健康育人、推进校园文明建设的重要举措，旨在引导学生深刻认识维护环境整洁、践行健康
生活方式、阻断病媒疾病传播的重要意义。

讲座内容兼具专业性与科普性，主讲团队从公共卫生视角切入，深入浅出地阐释了个人行为与环境卫生、公众健康的紧密关联，阐明每个人在守护环境清洁、筑牢健康防线中肩负的责任。在场学生专注聆听、踊跃参与互动，在轻松的科普氛围中收获了系统实用的健康知识，也进一步树立了公共卫生责任意识，为成长为有担当、有健康素养的国民打下坚实基础。

本次活动的一大亮点，是配套设置的互动体验展区。展区陈列着做工精细的蚊子实体模型，还配备数码显微镜供学生实地观察真实的蚊子幼虫样本。同学们通过直观观察、动手体验，将抽象的病媒生物知识转化为具象认知；学习热情高涨，科普效果显著。

On Monday, 22nd June 2026, Chung Hwa School Kiudang had the honour of hosting a Health Education Talk on Environmental Cleanliness and Vector-Borne Diseases from Tutong Health Office. The programme aimed to enhance students’ awareness and understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean environment, adopting healthy practices, and preventing the spread of vector-borne diseases.

The informative session provided valuable insights into the role each individual plays in promoting environmental hygiene and safeguarding public health. Students actively participated in the programme and gained meaningful knowledge that will help them become more responsible and health-conscious members of the community.

A major highlight of the initiative was the interactive exhibition. Students actively participated by examining detailed physical models of mosquitoes and observing real-life mosquito larvae
through a digital microscope.
