Rising Star Child Development School Brunei

On the advice of Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, All teaching and learning sessions for all students, including SPED, at Rising Star Child Development School WILL NOT be conducted at the school with effect from Monday, 9th August 2021 for two weeks or until further notice. To ensure students’ health and safety, students are required TO STAY AT HOME during this period. Additionally, the school will also be providing Home-Pack Learning (HPL) for students and the collection date and time for the packs will be notified by respective Class Teachers in the next few days.

Today the 2nd of April we celebrate World Autism Awareness Day and April is the month for Autism awareness and acceptance 💙🌎💙

World Down Syndrome Day (WDSD), 21 March, is a global awareness day which has been officially observed by the since 2012. The date for WDSD being the 21st day of the 3rd month, was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes the syndrome. On this day, let's support them and raise public awareness to create a single global voice advocating for the rights, inclusion and well being of people with Down syndrome. 💙💛💙💛
