Posted • BAH! is the first ever Bruneian card game, created by Brufiniti, in hopes to promote Bruneian culture. Its purpose is to help young locals and tourists, to understand and learn more about Bruneian culture through the game, with its definition and dialects through the phonetics.✨

Why card game?
We noticed a growing trend of playing board games in the Brunei scene within the youths but all the games were of export, none were local. Not even one. So, we asked ourselves “Why don't we have one of our own? Why not?”.

Mission & Vision

Posted • We built our company on the idea of Brunei's culture being a more laid back and carefree community. One that loves fun just as much as they love their culture. But to see that sentiment not being as strongly reflected in the newer generation provided us with the resolve to push ahead and make a difference.✨

When it comes to exposure, Brunei rarely gets talked about outside of Southeast Asia. Its common for Bruneians to be asked where they're from whilst travelling and having their answer be met with confusion, if not having Brunei being referred to as the country with the oil or the wealthy monarch. That combined with the government trying to push for ecotourism in order to expand the economy beyond oil and we felt that we could push on to show the world Brunei's true colours and while we were at it, have some fun while doing it.💛

To rejuvenate the love of Bruneian culture in its youth, in the midst of heavy influence from Western culture affecting them. To promote that strong traditional sense of family, which once played a major role in our community. And doing it all in a fun way, seemed like an opportunity to solve a problem the only way we knew how to while having fun doing it.❤️💫

BruFiniti is a small company started by Bruneian students under the Junior Achievement program.

What is the Junior Achievement program you may ask?
- To put it simply, its an organisation that is meant to help teach students about the concepts and ideas surrounding business. In our case, it was helping us start out our own company. The premise of the competition was to pit young entrepreneurs from all across the Asia-Pacific region, and see which company would seem the most viable as an actual business.

After our victory on the national level last year, our company is set to represent Brunei during the online segment of the competition later this month.✨
