Peg it, Blend it, Read it! 🔤✨ The learners used Numicon and pegs to represent each sound, then blended the sounds to read words with /m/ sound.

Our learners used cubes and a ten frame to understand the concept of taking away. By putting up the cubes and then removing them, they could see and experience how subtraction works in a concrete and meaningful way. 💛

Tap, segment, write!

The learners listened carefully as the teacher said a word with the /h/ sound. They tapped their hands for each sound they heard, segmented the word, and then wrote the corresponding letters on the lines. ✏️✨

Our young learner is blending CVC words using the Group 1 letter sounds together with the /c/ and /k/ sounds. From identifying individual sounds to smoothly blending them into words, every step is building a strong foundation for reading. 📚💛

What makes this even more special? Our learner hasn’t even started formal schooling yet! 🥰 Watching these early reading skills develop through playful, hands-on learning is truly amazing. 🌱
